This blue city is the second largest city in the state. The name “blue city” is because many houses here are painted blue to keep the inside temperature cool during the summers. YES! the summers here are extreme, temperatures range from 40-45 degrees (Celsius).
Mehranghar fort overlooks the blue city and is one of the most beautifully carved fort i have ever came across. Each and every wall is carved out of stone and the designs are very unique.
